CRMRUS unveils its CRMsync™ computer-based Windows® Technology Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 08/18/14 — The need for database synchronization is now more important than ever, but significant differences are evident between web-based and computer-based systems.
"When connected to a web-based database, the user must be online at all times. Using CRMsyncTM technology, the only time online connections are needed, it's at sync time. In other words, the user can work off line and synchronize only when it is convenient or wanted," said Mr. Lorenzo Rodriguez, President of CRMRUS.
"Since online connection time is so short, the CRM database, which resides on the user's computer, can work at full speed which is simply impossible with web-based systems," claims Mr. Rodriguez.
When web-based databases are used, the data is, most of the time, in the hands of strangers. This means that the company's data is always exposed to attacks from hackers, disgruntled employees, etc.
With the CRMsync technology, the company is always in possession of their data since the fast MySQL database is installed inside the company's domain or any other web-server in control of the company. This approach guarantees the safety of the company's data and also who access to it.

Company Agents can work around the world, and the time of their changes with be taken into account at sync time. For example, if an agent (employee) makes a change in The Philippines while another makes a change in New York, both will be applied correctly based on world time and not on their local time.
An agent can be on the road working and synchronize with the rest of agents as appropriate (up to 5,000 computers) when they have online access.
The CRMsync System can expand practically to unlimited agents, and allow or prevent anyone from accessing the system at any time (i.e. when an employee is fired.)
Since data is accessed only for a few seconds, and at different times, the sync speed is fast and convenient, even with minimum resources, as opposed to web-based systems that are browser-dependent therefore inherently slow.
Administrators can easily decide which records to sync with which Agents or groups (like sales, finance, etc.)
CRMsync also synchronizes Pictures, PDFs, Word Documents, Excel Files, Signatures etc. making records available only to appropriate agents.
CRMsync can be combined with regular network environments so mixed systems are possible (like server/client plus outside-the-network CRMsync computers.)
